We have quite a few courses that may interest you. We don’t have a “Medical Qigong Course” however our courses are “medically integrated”. I suggest you start with 8 Trigram Qigong. You can also see all the Online Courses available.

Please note that these courses do not make you a certified teacher as we cannot personally assess your form and performance. All certified teachers are assessed personally through our Teacher trainings Events.

To explain the difference of winter roads and summer roads could fill a book so I suggest to purchase the Ebook and or check the online course as it contains all the roads. 

Levels 1-10 are the summer roads and levels 11-20 are the winter roads. They are sequenced, but it is not a progression of increasing difficulty which is why it does not matter which one you do first.

My suggestion is to choose which date works best for you as the style of Qigong won’t be so different.

You will receive a Certificate of Participation for each week attended. If you want to become a Certified White Tiger Instructor, you will need to complete all three weeks of one Module (200hrs) and take a written test as well as submit your forms for a video analysis after completing the Module.

If you wish to continue this journey and add the other Modules, you can achieve the White Tiger Graduate Instructor by completing all three Modules or nine weeks of trainings (600hrs).

Part of the program is teaching treatment techniques and not just the forms. The forms are specially integrated with Fascia, Anatomy and Chinese Medicine, which will give the student superb knowledge in both Qigong forms, and the science behind each form.

There is a big difference between the Level 1 of the Online Intensive and Teacher Training and the online course.
