Event Refunds and Cancellations
- Refunds: Refunds are provided only if White Tiger Qigong cancels an event or changes the venue to a different city.
- Credits: Participants can request to transfer credits from any paid, but unattended, event towards digital goods or future events. Requests must be submitted via email at least 60 days before the event start date.
- Extenuating Circumstances: Under extenuating circumstances, such as severe travel restrictions, credits may be rolled over into future training sessions.
- Fees: All course transfers and cancellations incur a fee—$50 for mini-courses and $100 for Teacher Training Courses.
Subscription and Payment Plan Cancellations
- Canceling a payment plan results in permanent loss of access to the product, with no refund of money already paid.
Online Courses and eBooks
- Refunds: No refunds are available for eBooks.
- Money Back Guarantee: Our online courses are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- Eligibility Requirements: The refund applies only if the course has not been accessed or if no more than 5% of the content has been consumed. Courses that have been significantly accessed or completed are not eligible for a refund.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days back to the original payment method. Any applicable transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
