In today’s world of big cities and digital landscapes, it can seem as if we have lost the ways of our ancestors, paying more attention to the computer screen than to our surroundings and worrying more about what other people are doing than focusing on our own well-being. Take care of yourself by learning and practicing White Tiger Qigong.

For over 5,000 years, Qigong has provided practitioners with techniques for centering, relaxing, and strengthening the mind, body, and spirit. White Tiger Qigong is a modern form of Qigong, focusing on contemporary science, human anatomy, and the ancient Taoist Qigong practices and Chinese medicine. With traditional and modern elements fused together, White Tiger Qigong has effectively updated the practices to meet our view of the world while offering ways to transcend this world through ancient philosophy and spiritual understanding.

If you are interested in learning ancient Qigong practices with more practical ways to experience them, then White Tiger QiGong’s Master Instructor, Tevia Feng, hopes you will consider enrolling in the Medical Qigong Intensive: 5 Animal Qigong (Module B) program taking place this February.

Medical Qigong Intensive: 5 Animal Qigong (Module B) - Weeks 1-2

The benefits of White Tiger Qigong are many, including higher levels of relaxation, physical strength, stamina, focus, and flexibility. When you enroll in the Medical Qigong Intensive: 5 Animal Qigong (Module B), you will have the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to experience those advantages over two weeks of training and practice.

Module B is a standalone two-week Qigong Intensive taking place from February 3, 2020, to February 15, 2020, at the Tao Garden (Chiang Mai-Chiang Rai Road, Thailand).

Although Module A is currently in progress and Module B will follow quickly in February, the two courses, along with Module C, do not have to be completed in any order.

Note: If you wish to become a Certified White Tiger Qigong instructor, you must complete both weeks and an additional week (200 hrs.) of Teacher Training

The central aspect of White Tiger Qigong is the 5 Animal Medical Qigong practice, which includes specific animals representing the elements: Monkey (wood), Tiger (metal), Bear (earth), Deer (water), and Crane (fire). Through the two weeks of practice, not only will you learn how to harness relaxation and meditation, but you’ll also learn about body and breath, the fundamentals
